Section 1 – Equipment And Kitchen Supplies Needed

- PC with either Microsoft Excel installed or access to the free Google Sheets application (a Gmail account is required and free to obtain and use)
- Freezer chest to buy in bulk (not required, but can help with bulk purchases)
- Separate refrigerator(s) for defrosting, if making large quantities at one time (not required, but can help)
- Meat grinder (not required, if you can purchase all your meat already ground up)
- Cuisinart/food processor (for grinding up vegetables and fruits)
- Coffee grinder (for egg shells)
- Weight scale for weighing in pounds and ounces
- Sharp knives: small, medium and a large one (for putting full downward pressure on when cutting chicken bones)
- Cutting board (optional, depending upon the counter surface you already have)
- Knife sharpening tool
- Kitchen gloves (not required, but recommended)
- Dish soap and vinegar
- Paper towels, dish towels, dish scouring pad
- Plastic container for keeping soapy water
- 2 Qt plastic storage containers (Glad brand works well for us), or other means of storing prepared food
- Dry rack and base
- Trash bags (for trash)
- Plastic holding containers for defrosting food that fit in your refrigerator
- Large mixing containers (size depends upon how much food you want to prepare)
- Kitchen with sink, sink erator and how water
- Bowl or other suitable container for mixing eggs
